I guess it takes a lot to be in the Technical Support Team

Hritik Roshan : Genetically Incorrect

Looking at long hair of Hrithik Roshan in the movie Kkrish, one wonders if he is genetically connected to the taklu bro's Rakesh and Rajesh.
..........
Talking about his arrogant remarks of being ashamed to be called an Indian citizen coz of Aamir's involvement with Narmada issue and consequent refusal of airing Fanna by some politicians.

I believe H.R. is matured enough to vote his favorite party and to live with their management.
If his selected party is not capable of managing the country in a democratic way than tough luck.

He should be also matured enough to realize how the political system works in any democratic country..

If he thinks that the U.S. is better off than he should move to U.S. and get things done here instead of just coming to U.S. and dancing on the stage...

People in politics do take advantage of their powers but have to face more critics than support.

Welcome to world of Democracy(Corporation controlled) where money talks and janta works.

These same Roshan's were arrogant when they refused to share their profits (Kal Ho Na Ho)
with the underworld people who are financiers for the Bollywood.

If H.R. acts smart than his movie will run into probs before release.

Get That Raise Here's How !!!!

After your appraisal, it is time to evaluate the results and see how you fared.

There are two distinct areas in the post-appraisal stage that you need to identify and address:
1. Positive feedback

2. Negative feedback.
There is a third direction which can never be described in absolute terms:

3. Neither here nor there.
Let's look at each of these.

When the appraisal is positive, you feel happy. But all is not over yet:

It is said the path to reach the top is difficult. To remain there is a constant challenge. So you cannot afford to be complacent.

1. Be alert always.

2. Be in command by being constantly updated and in control of any situation.

3. Be innovative and try to experiment with new ideas and strategies.

4. Be result oriented.

5. Be interactive and take your people into confidence.

6. Always accept new concepts and upgrade your methods.

If the outcome is negative, you will feel disappointed:
Remember: you have not lost. You have got a second chance. Make the best of it.

i. Analyse where you went wrong.

2. Probe every area of your work and interactions.

3. Identify the positives, negatives and the grey areas.

4. Strengthen your positives.

5. Address your negatives.

6. Utilise the grey areas.

7. Be specific and target-oriented.

8. Be calm and composed.

9. Maintain a positive state of mind.

If you find yourself neither elated nor disappointed with the results, you need to adopt a different approach:

1. Use all the points highlighted in the negative section.

2. Be determined.

3. Be focused and objective.

4. Identify your priorities.

5. Seek suggestions and implement them.

6. Understand your work and functions.

7. Understand the organisation.

Besides the outcome, there are other issues that need to be addressed in the post-appraisal stage:
Address your personal growth as an individual as well as your professional growth.

1. Introspect on your self. This is very important.

2. Introspecting on your work is a must.

3. Do not launch into the blame game by targeting people or the system. Do not bear grudges.

4. Learn to accept criticism graciously and grow.

5. Work at improving your interaction with others.

6. Seek information and guidance on areas where you went wrong.

7. Be sincere in your attempt at self-improvement.
